July 7, 2020 - Like a white Bordeaux with slightly riper fruit. Quite nice mouthfeel. Mainly Sauvignon Blanc on the palate - grassy herby, quite pungent, lemon grass. Touch of complexity and a short finish. Acidity high.

March 22, 2020 - Clear and light greenish yellow. Layered and fresh nose with green apple skins, hay, a bit toasty, creamy and citrus rind. Medium plus acidity (6.5/10) with a medium body. Fresh and crisp on the palate with minerality, some brininess, citrus rind and tree fruits. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2027.
Bordeaux styled blend made up of 54% Sauvignon Blanc, 28% Semillon and 18% Chenin Blanc. All the fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Western Cape (Kaaimansgat, Villiersdorp and Piekenierskloof). Goes through 100% malolatic fermentation and aged in 2nd hand oak for around a year prior to bottling.
