September 7, 2019 - PNP. cork perfect. nose has dusty fruit tinged with green epper and tobacco. on second night the fruit was more dominant but the secondaries were still present. swishing shows polished red fruit with both acid and sprite tannin. sipping shows the polish and balance. the tannin lingers but keeps the fruit lively. i like this wine, and prefer it to the pinot from same vintage. would drink youngish
