August 27, 2020 - Surprisingly dark in glass with simple black cherry and blackberry flavors that follow. Not super aromatic like some other examples. This is all about the fruit with some stone notes. Not typical cab franc. This is a very nice wine with an linear mouth feel that adds to its drinkability. I buy it every vintage as it is very versatile on the table.

January 26, 2020 - Deep color, aromas of blackberry and dark berry, some earthiness, some lower level floral notes. Medium body, with more berry fruit, earth and graphite. Medium acid is present in the finish and all framed by tannins that become drying in the finish. Give it a few years for the tannins to soften and to develop.

September 23, 2019 - Deep ruby color in the glass. Nose of tart blackberry and boysenberry with some curry powder notes. Medium bodied on the palate, the flavor is a little thin but may be an issue of youth.
