March 31, 2020 - COVID-19 "Shelter-in-Place"; 3/17/2020-5/31/2020 (Redwood City, CA): After drinking several Napa Cabs over the weekend that reminded me of Washington wines, decided to skip the middleman and go for a Washington Cab this evening.

Aged 22 months: 50% American Oak, 50% Stainless Steel.

2h air. Medium garnet color. Cherry, plum, chocolate, pepper, fresh sage. Creamy texture, black fruit and sage on the palate, peppery in the mid-palate, with broad fine-grained tannins in the finish. Balanced and dense.
