Community Tasting Notes 2

December 1, 2021 - After tasting an earlier vintage in Tasmania in 2018, we asked one of our local wine shops back in the US to see whether it could be purchased here, and fortunately the answer was “yes.” This is an outstanding Chardonnay, full of bright acidity, yet balanced with citrus and honeyed notes. Definitely worth seeking out.

Apple, lemon, oatmeal, brine, butter menthol/creamy vanilla.

This is a really well made chardonnay. Balance is really good.. Personally, I'd love a fraction more zing and a little less oatmeal but hey a really good wine that'll last 5 years easily..
