  December 17, 2021 - Cuvée created in honor of Max Schubert. 50% cabernet sauvignon, 50% shiraz.
  
  Wine that I found caricature, it is so jammy and sweet. My delicate Burgundy palate could not stand this marmalade.

  May 6, 2021 - Thick and heavy nose with creamy notes of Créme de Cassis, sweet tobacco and vanilla. The fruit is dark with heavy notes of black currant mixed in with a healthy dose of spicy cloves and cinnamon. The taste is big and quite sweet.

  July 20, 2020 - Opened this at home to celebrate a birthday with food from New Ubin Seafood. We had Har Cheong Chicken, Fried Kailan, Oyster Omelette, Garlic Crab, Ribeye Steak, Fries, Fried Rice, Hokkien Mee, and Hei Chor.
  
  Brooding purple in colour with inclusive notes of plums and young berries. Still young at 3 years of age, this wine presents intense and vibrant red fruits encapsulating energy and intensity..
  
  A well crafted wine which kept improving as the dinner went by.
