November 27, 2020 - Intense beautifully floral nose with chrysanthemum, sweet peach, whiff of petroleum. Dry, rounded acidity, complex and mineral on palate with lemon, peach and honeysuckle. Beautiful layers this.

November 25, 2020 - Pale lemon,pronounced honeysuckle,jasmine,apple,nectarine,tomato leaf,lychee,ripe fruit,biscuit,cream,dry,high acidity,low alcohol,medium body,long finish,outstanding wine,suitable for bottle ageing. The aroma last very long in the nose kinda like best quality light perfume last long in the room.

Glass: Josephinenhütte White Wine
Nose with some sulphur, ver fine and elegant, some caramel and ripe, fine fruit. On the palate great pressure, but also a perfect balance and harmony. Caramel, finest vanilla infused ripe fruit, spices “brown” slate. Great, ripe and perfectly integrated acidity. Unbelievably long and fine, elegant finish. This is really great stuff and the best dry wine I have tasted over the last days. 96-97+
