December 28, 2020 - A fairly deep ruby, straight from the chiller, somewhat muted nose, but with a bit of funk. What is there is red fruit, strawberry, cherry. Palate is a little darker, with a bit of plum backing the red fruits up. Just a hint of pyrazines, a little cedar and white pepper, touch of licorice?. Medium to full bodied, with good balance, and smooth tannins that extend the finish. Pretty nice...
