  January 13, 2021 - Drinking as a fine weeknight wine, typical Macon-Villages consistent from year to year. I drank over 3 nights. Interestingly, the other drinker in the house had vodka mixed with soda each of those nights.

  October 18, 2020 - Fine value 2018 Louis Jadot Mâcon-Villages ($14). Sharp light-mid green gold; light citrus, pineapple, floral nose (unoaked); mid-body; softening acids; long round fruity Chardonnay finish. w/appetizers. 15.5 UC Davis scale; 89 other scales.

  October 18, 2020 - Great value in Burgundy chardonnay. Little oak, some minerality, some lemon curd, but a great mouthfeel. At $12 a great introduction to the potential of burgundian chardonnays. Will have this on hand.

  September 10, 2020 - Sticks and stones won’t break my bones- but this one has all stoney profile with nice warm green apple and a tightly wound body with a fresh clean finish. For $12 I’m in!
