August 29, 2021 - Silver polish, oak and green apples on the nose. Dry. Moderate acidety. Nice mineralety. Butter and pear on the palate. The alcohole feeks a bit too prominent. Moderate exit, with a hint of vanilla.

September 7, 2020 - Tastes the way I think a Chardonnay should. Some flesh on the bones. Acidity is present but balanced. Something to keep you interested. Perfect with roast chicken. I guess this is typicité.
