March 2, 2023 - Wine is clear, deep intensity in appearance and a deep purple with just a tinge of ruby. Slight deposit left on the glass though I did not see any sediment perhaps a very small amount of residual sugar? Nose is clean, medium intensity of coffee, toasted bread, blueberry, black peppercorn, cedar, dark fruit, herbs. Slightly on the ripe fruit/sweet side but with a lot of depth and body bringing out similar palate notes of coffee and chocolate, blackberry, toasted yeastiness, really perfect acidity balancing these different notes well with medium- tannin and a nice velvety texture and a medium finish that is really nice. Thought this was a fantastic wine, ready to drink now can way several more years as well.

August 23, 2022 - great representation of a Merlot, smooth, a bit creamy, deep purple tones, hint of bordeaux style. Drinks like a bordeaux but with a deeper creaminess due to the 100% merlot. Interesting Bolgheri expression

January 29, 2020 - Concentrated currant fruit, toasted bread, earthy mineral and toast nose. Smart and spicy palate; ripe tannins, balanced acids and focused fruit flavours. Very good replays and length.
