  March 30, 2024 - Revisited almost 3 years down the line.
  Still medium ruby.
  Blackberry, spice nose.
  Dark fruits, earthy palate, hint of sweetness still present at the end.
  Still drinking very well.

  September 30, 2023 - From the list at Doppo, Soho. 5th edition NV blend, 80/20 Sangiovese/ Merlot. Love both the concept and execution here, a very convincing layer of velvety depth and plummy, chocolatey richness from the Merlot supports, rather than dominates the Sangiovese freshness, cherry tang and verticality. A touch of Brett, which I quite enjoyed. Despite being a non-vintage VdT this is properly structured and would benefit from some age.

  November 17, 2022 - Swig - Portfolio Tasting. The 4th edition - Tiger. Very interesting nose - cherry fruit and a little stinky undergrowth aroma. Powerful on the entry - big hit of cherry fruits. It’s a bit leathery and almost meaty. Touch of popcorn/matchstick on the finish.
