  January 31, 2023 - - Brick color and aromas of black pepper, cloves, coffee and fig. It's balanced and has flavours of chocolate, strawberry jam and blackberry with a full body. Round texture with a long finish - Luxurious mouth feel.

  April 25, 2022 - This wine seems to have come of age. Bottle 5 of 6 from LB. I decanted this with an aerating spout 2 hours in advance of meal. It did not seem to need decanting at all, very little heat and was delicious immediately. Very pronounced nose noticeable as I was pouring into the decanter; my wife claims to have been able to smell the nose from 30 feet away in a different room. Too bad I only have one bottle left.

  March 6, 2022 - 1.5 hour decant. Finally a nose with this one, with similar taste of previous bottles. Went well with our smoked bighorn sheep roast. 🐏
