October 23, 2023 - I didn't have high hopes for this as I'm not a huge champagne lover and rarely drink wines from the big houses, but this was absolutely lovely. I didn't make a detailed note, but it had fine mousse, lemon, yellow apple, a slight nutty note. If I had to fault it, I would have loved a bit more acidity and freshness, but nobody can complain about this.

September 24, 2022 - Notes of smoke with fresh yellow fruit, lemons and nuts sticking out from the nuanced, interwoven aroma palette. Lovely mouthfill, lively acidity, minerality and fine small bubbles. Each sip seems to last a smaller eternity. Superb!

55% Pinot noir, 25% Pinot meunier, 15% Chardonnay. 15 % of the base wine raised in barrel. Bottled 2013, disgorged 2019.

September 24, 2022 - Reduced scents on the pop, with flint and hazelnut. Crisp, fresh notes of green apple with lovely acids. All biodynamic vineyards, blocked malolactic fermentation and no added dosage. An interesting and consistent combination.

July 23, 2022 - This one seems to be losing fruit but yet to gain complexity. Maybe entering that dumb middle phase of life. Feels as if I should let it rest 4-5 years and try again.

July 22, 2022 - 55% Pinot noir, 24% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay from Cumieres. lemon driven nose with a little pear. It’s lemon candy up front, followed by some stone fruit and a little savory-ness on the finish. It’s fresh and lively but really well built. Just a baby now, this will evolve well for quite awhile.

June 10, 2022 - Ripe apple, almond meal. Ripe Pinot fruit on the entry, energetic lime acidity, good saline and mineral draw through the palate, good persistence. Probably overpriced for what it is and should be priced in line with the vintage. (**)
