January 16, 2021 - This needed at least an hour decant, and even then it was still very closed. I didn’t get any Grenache fruit, but lots of Syrah and Mourvèdre structure was present. Needs time to settle down.

October 30, 2020 - Have to disagree with a lot of the notes here—certainly an interesting wine, but I was not a fan. There was an acidity here (I think from the counoise?) that was borderline unpleasant, and it did not get much better with air in our experience. I would almost think it might make a nice chilled red on a hot day, but wasn’t a fan as a dinner wine

October 9, 2020 - Excellent, but needed a double decant to soften the tannins. Recommend more aging. This wine has at least 5 years to really round out.

September 26, 2020 - I should really buy a case of this. Agree with others it is best with a brief decant. Garnet red, medium acid, a bit of grip, tons of red fruit, with chocolate, garrigue, smoke, meat. Will age.
