April 7, 2021 - This was the third of 4 bottles we had purchased, opened on the spur of the moment, with no decant. It showed significantly better than the previous two bottles, in particular we note significant citrus character (orange peel and grapefruit peel, unusual in a Montepulciano). We had this after a Napa Cab, and my wife preferred this to the Napa bottling!.
It was yummy.
