  March 27, 2020 - Deep golden color. Nose of lemon meringue with a hint of lime. Great balance of tartness and acidity. Grapefruit and lime with a hint of orange peel on the finish. Great cross between NZ SB and French. 60 second finish

  February 23, 2020 - Day 1. Pale yellow-green colour. Pop and pour. Minerals, acidity and gooseberries. Closed. Day 2. Yellow colour. Has opened up. Mouth filling, gooseberries still in firm grip. Middle-long aftertaste. Has yet to mature, let alone develop complexity. Will wait for bottle 2, perhaps 2 years.

  January 18, 2020 - I find this specimen of SB to be a abowe par, in a style I find to be a bit more easy to like than NZ wines of the same variety.
  High acidity, hints of citrus and the usual green herbs as well as obvious mineral aspects as well. But not really anything out of the ordinary SB.
  I can’t help to think how this would compare to a Sancerre for the same price, or a Bdx-blanc for that matter.
