October 4, 2019 - D+0h: no deposit in the filter, a tiny bit in the bottle, smells of sour cherry D+4h: dark as ink, smells of blackberry, violets and eucalyptus, quite dry, smooth in the mouth, medium body, in the mouth violets and a little bit of acidity, in the aftertaste violets and acidity, good length (30 sec), well-made red, yet a little bit ‘austere’, a dash of residual sugar would have made it more charming.
