January 24, 2022 - I like this bottle much more than the previous one. The fruit and other flavors really come together after 3 hours in the decanter. Great with spicy (Korean meatballs) or savory beef dishes (pot roast).

January 20, 2022 - PnP - nose was discreet and def needed time to open but was soft, silky and balanced from sip 1. As it opened, smoke, cherry, earth and a bit of dark cherry and licorice on the smooth finish. Not the most structured layered wine but elegant and pleasing. Drinking now - but allow for 45min - 1hour decant.

March 16, 2021 - Similar to prior tasting notes on this wine. This time around it was more reductive and heavy, but still very much everything I love about Burgundy. There is an animalistic quality about this wine combined with a slight briny character that I enjoy.
