October 11, 2019 - Medium greenish yellow with moderate liveliness. Yeasty nose that makes me think of scones and stone fruit jam. Some minerality too. Medium acidity (6/10) with a medium minus body. A well balanced sweetness on the palate with some hay, stone fruits and a hint of minerality. Medium plus length finish. Drink till 2025.
