July 16, 2023 - Lovely wine. Refreshing when cold, this is young and it was tight initially with citrus peel and quinine, eventually evolving into banana, guava and chestnut honey. Fairly high alcohol with excellent acidity. Seems like a wine you could keep for a long time, but is superb now.

July 5, 2023 - Med lemon. Pronounced. Blossom, peach, hay. Dense and powerful with a mineral strike. High acidity, med body and alcohol. Complex and long.

April 8, 2022 - This did not disappoint. I first tasted this wine (an earlier vintage) on a trip to the Basque region a few years back and was bowled over. It is very much in the style of white Burgundy, but is also definitely its own wine…will age for a long time. Drinking super young now (lots of baby fat to shed), but still super delicious.
