May 31, 2021 - Last bottle and a good one. Intense poached pear, white flowers, candied ginger, and aniseed. Really broad shouldered now, with richness to the stone fruit mid-palate. Finish still has some freshness. Delicious.

March 27, 2021 - These are starting to take a slight 'blousey' edge - heavy floral aromatics, riper fruit edging into dried territory, heavier spice notes. The thing is these are putting on weight without retaining some of the underlying energy that was there before. I've aged previous vintages with great success, but not sure that's going to happen with this one.

November 21, 2020 - Better than the last bottle. Pronounced pear/quince with a lovely floral Turkish Delight note. Similar spicy ginger note in the background, this a sturdy, but refreshing wine. Perhaps lacking some energy in the acid department, but appropriately paired, the clarity of the fruit really makes up for this. Delightful.

November 9, 2020 - Good but perhaps not the depth and complexity of the previous bottle. Very much in the quince/tropical fruit direction with some stem ginger and Moroccan spices, but the acidity and structure weren't quite as vibrant. Lovely with North African dishes nonetheless.

March 22, 2020 - Piercing, but expansive - an explosion of floral scented orchard fruits with heaps of exotic spice and a racy citrus finish. This will develop considerable richness with time, but it's very hard to resist now. Delicious with scallops.
