January 15, 2024 - Less flavorful or concentrated than I was hoping for; maybe a bit flat or already past its prime?...
(Additional notes) This bottle did improve and gained complexity, and was very good showing more fruit and savory notes, up to a solid 89-90 on the 3rd day -

November 28, 2022 - Solid wine. Tasted lemon zest, some pineaple and some salinity. Really enjoyed it with sone Pernil with Rice and Beans.

August 3, 2022 - Pale yellow and color. Very acidic and briney with a saline quality. Not very much fruit. Maybe a hint of lemon zest. Pleasant but overall fell flat for me
