Nez expressif, fleurs sauvages, paille, malva.
En bouche, le vin est sapide, miel de fleurs sauvages, pomme d'automne très mûre. Une acidité détonnante et agréable en fin de bouche. Excellent rapport Q-P. Une valeur sûre. -

Nez très expressif, foin mûr, fleurs des champs, pomme cortland.
En bouche, continuité sur les odeurs percues, notes légèrement vanillées, bon équilibre et longue persistance.
