November 8, 2021 - Very good balance for a reasonably priced Chardonnay - unmistakably Chardonnay … but not unmistakable.
Went well with sockeye salmon but chardonnay & salmon should be a marriage made in heaven - & this was more Jen & Brad than Brad & Angelina.
Found it a little top heavy with apple & little depth. Absolutely no bite. Reminded me of Paul Simon’s line “so beautiful…so what.” Mostly new oak? ..could hardly tell.
Would I buy it again? Maybe.
Would I recommend it? Probably not. -

September 19, 2021 - Grapefruit, tropical fruit, and burnt toast, almost a bit oily, certainly assertive. An atypical chardonnay but I like it.
