April 30, 2021 - Croatian white wine from Dalmatia: Posip. Aged in oak barrels for 6 months. 13 % alcohol.
Pale Golden/greenish color.
Aromas of pear, honey, minerals and vanilla. Flavors of pear, lemon and minerality.
Dry. Full body. Low acidity. Good balance. Some structure. No complexity.
Short finish with lemon.
A very good Posip (but Posip is not a great grape). Works good with both oysters and cod, but is pretty boring on its own. 87/100 -

September 7, 2020 - Medium body, some citrus. No oak. Went very well with a shrimp and feta dish.
