June 16, 2023 - Consistent to previous bottle. Medium body, bright golden colour. Intense aroma of orchard fruits, melon and spicy oak. Peaches, pears and almond palate following by ripe apples’ acidity and long mineral finish. Crisp and spicy but creamy, soft and harmonious. Food friendly, well pairing to smoked halibut. Open half hour ahead. Serve 12ºC - 14ºC. Drink now and the next four years.

August 27, 2022 - Medium (+) intensity on the nose. Aromas of green and yellow apples, white peach, beeswax, almonds, some smokiness, woodspices and slate.
The palate has medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium mouthfeel, creamy, harmonious and soft, long finish. A nice chardonnay at a good pricepoint.

August 19, 2022 - Medium body, greenish golden color. Intense orchard’s ripe fruits and melon aroma with oak background. Peaches, pears and almond palate following by lingering creamy finish of delicate acidity. Excellent chardonnay, rich and oily but soft, harmonious and well balanced. Food friendly, well pairing to crab salad. Open half hour ahead. Serve 12ºC - 14ºC. Drink now and next four/six years.

July 22, 2022 - Delightful and classic chardonnay from a colder climate. Fresh cut green grass, medium intensity and good body. Nicely balanced acidity.
