March 17, 2022 - Lovely and typical for Etna whites. Nose has some lemon rind, white flowers. Palate is typical lemon, maybe some almond, touch of salinity. Tornatore whites have never been ultra-concentrated and this is no exception, though that gives it a lightness that is appealing to me. Not intensely acidic, but fresh and seems well-integrated at this stage. Good wine for light white fish or appetizers.
