Community Tasting Notes 1

November 18, 2020 - Tasted at the winery last fall and was blown away. This is my first bottle of this wine cracked open at home since then. Medium straw color. Nose of lemon, pear, ginger, and orange peel. Silky, dry mouthfeel with light body, bracing acidity, and a long aftertaste. Lovely. Not quite as exquisite as I recall from the tasting on site, but that is part for the course.
