    March 5, 2024 - What a treat!

Great wine AND champagne, surprising with its ton of aromatics, yeast, french bakery scents playing with a vivid minerality.

Racy acidity, very fine bubbles, long.

Drank in Riedel Veritas Champagne stem that has the right volume to let it develop.

December 22, 2023 - This was drunk pregaming for a family Berns night. Wow was this terrific. It began with a complex interplay between aromatic red and white fruit! It swelled with red and green apple, chocolate dust, cherry essence, maybe a pistachio extract thing.. it was so fresh, and inviting, riveting. I loved it.

October 8, 2023 - Drinking really well, lots of ripe orchard fruit but with ample lift and energy. The profile of this champagne is more fruit and slight bready notes, no oxidized notes at all. I would say it is similar to Comtes but with a brighter profile.

September 23, 2023 - Complex, deep, intense aroma. Citrus, red fruits, dried apricots, orchard flowers.

Creamy vanilla, citrus and apple flavors with a tropical finish. Notes of red berries throughout. Complex flavor with unique character. Excellent weight and mouth feel. Creamy texture with very small bubbles.

A really nice blend of everything - a little toasty, a little fruity, a little creamy, a little rich, a little fresh. Drinking very well right now.

August 20, 2023 - Celebrate good times. Open and approachable. Pronounced intensity on the nose. Lemon, biscuits and orchard flowers. Medium plus acidity and a lovely, sophisticated finish.
