March 16, 2024 - This bottle needs quite a long decant. Would suggest min 2 hours, but felt it was better at the 3 hour mark. A lot of dark fruit on the nose, quite savoury on the palette with the fruit becoming more prominent over time. Cedar, some anise, got some green pepper as well

January 20, 2024 - First time trying, very distinct. Nose was sweeter than expected, berries. Finish very smooth, minimal tannin or red fruit.

October 22, 2023 - Ripe blackberry, blueberry, black cherry and pepper. Meaty notes and new oak. Broad with a silky and lively entry. Round and juicy with good balance. Lot of freshness and oaky notes on the super long and spicy finish.
