December 20, 2014 - A fine middle of the road South African wine. Maybe it's not at the same level as the wines from France, California and Italy, but South Africa should be on every consumer's shopping list. This wine showed a nice balance with ample fruit flavor. For the price paid, a good value.

November 26, 2010 - Very dark purple. Capsicum, cedar wood, ink, liquorice and tobacco on the nose. Quite close to a left bank Bordeaux. Mid-bodied with soft tanins, nice fruit, intense cedar/ink and high acidity. Long finish. Very nice with some way to go ahead of it.

April 24, 2010 - Aromas of minty herb, hint of spice. Mint, blackcurrant and chocolate on the palate, soft tannin. Smooth yet strong.
