Community Tasting Notes 10

February 26, 2021 - Dry, decent flavor but not overpowering on day 1. Same feelings on day 2 - decent and drinkable but found other Pinots more geared towards my palette.

February 22, 2021 - Pretty straightforward Pinot Noir. Not particularly sweet IMO. Decent.

January 28, 2021 - No contemporaneous notes. This wine tasted like candy, and reminded me of the one bottle that I drank of the popular Meomi Pinot Noir, but, unlike that bottle, this one pulled off the feat of being sweet and also enjoyable, not cloying. That said, this is not a style for everyone. It does have a cough syrup component. I had it with chicken breasts and brussel sprouts and it worked, but I would not serve this at a dinner party. Just sayin'. Maybe a cocktail party.

December 2, 2020 - PnP. Light ruby. Astringent fruit nose. Light, acid, sweet red fruits. At first, simple, pleasant, but with airing firming up and showing complexity, much better. Fruit driven CA pinot. Showing much better than my last bottle. Give this about 15-20 minutes of air before consuming.
