January 25, 2024 - Sorry to see this one go, and not long after this incredible winemaker passed away. This is just sneaking into it’s drinking window and is sadly my last bottle, although I’ve enjoyed a few ER’s. Delicate raspberry, cinnamon and vanilla on the front end, strawberry jam & roasted filbert mid-palate, and hints of quince and fig spread on the finish. So good…

August 27, 2023 - Ruby in color and cherries and cola on the nose. Well balanced acidity and tannins. Meaty cinnamon and cloves across the palate with a long silky finish! Paired surprisingly with BBQ pork chops 🤪

May 29, 2023 - Amazing bottle!!!! Could open up for a few hours before drinking but we couldn’t wait that long ;)
It would definitely be better with maybe a could more years of age but i got a ton of compliments on this wine tonight and i am super happy with how perfectly balanced it was!1 person found this helpful Comment -

May 26, 2023 - Popped and poured. Nice ruby colour. Red cherries and some cola on the nose. Medium acidity, silky tannins, very soft and supple. Good finish.
