November 25, 2021 - Tastes of apple and citrus. Amber color with fewer bubbles than most Champagne. Nice but not worth the price.

July 17, 2021 - Toasty lemon, apple and yeast aromas. Lemon and strawberry flavors with lots of yeast and minerality. Hints of licorice. Linear and acidic — should be more complex considering the price.

July 19, 2020 - Perfume-y out of the bottle. Scents of chamomile tea, pears and bread leap right out. Flavour wise it has really nice notes of brioche, almonds, green apples and an odd (but in a good way) baking soda taste. Perfect for meandering about the yard. For the price it’s a solid buy. I do think it could benefit from some aging.
