January 29, 2021 - 13.5% alcohol, screw top; medium to long legs, crystalline yellow; opened and kept in the fridge for 24 hours, tasted at approximately 10 degrees C ; nose of minerals, fresh fruit essence; medium to full bodied, notes of minerals, grass, the balance being similar to mineral water, tannins very much in the background; the fruit essence I noticed when the bottle was first opened yesterday has largely dissipated, which suggests that you might want to enjoy the wine soon after it is opened, not keeping it any longer than necessary; pair with never-frozen cold-water ocean fish, like Coho salmon
