November 22, 2012 - Drinking very nicely with still a beautiful berry, bramble and spice nose, abundant black fruit and silky smooth tannins.

October 11, 2011 - Medium purple, semi opaque. Nose of plums, jammy, bit of leathe. Vanilla and fruit, medium mouthful with a tang in the mid palate. Somewhat monotonal, this is not a bottle I wished I had bought more of although I would not say no if someone else poured me a glass ; ) Drank at Canadian Thanksgiving with good friends.

September 15, 2011 - Nos pierwszy nieco nitro przyjemny. Usta delitkane, ale dobrze zbudowane. Niestety za dużo alkoholu - 15%

October 2, 2010 - Purple color. Nose of flowers and cherry. This has mellowed nicely since my last bottle 9 mos ago. Smooth mouth-feel with pleasant cherry and vanilla flavors and a smooth medium finish.

January 17, 2010 - Medium purple. Nose & pallet initially dominated by flower & red berry notes w/nice tannin and a medium long finish. After ~30 min the nose faded and taste became more over-ripe plum w/a bit of pepper still on the finish.

March 28, 2009 - Okay, but relatively unimpressive. Not complex at all. Ravenswood makes some great Zins, but this is second-tier for them. Seems a bit thin.

August 24, 2008 - A bit thin and lifeless for a Zin. We actually compared to another Ravenswood from Lodi and the Lodi was much better. This one had little mouthfeel or finish.

August 5, 2008 - Nothing too special, good wine that should be drank on a weeknight. Somethings missing to make this better, the nose was great but it lost everything when tasted.
