September 6, 2010 - This has developed nicely and is fully ready to consume. Some heft and complexity has developed while it has shed some of its youthful exuberance. The profile is lemon, lemon peel, lanolin, tuber rose, chalk and mineral and a kiss of vanilla on the finish. A lovely expression of Chenin Blanc. An excellent finish to a wonderful Labor Day holiday and continuous California-like weather. 14% alc. With grilled chicken in lemon beurre blanc. Highly Recommended.
