September 6, 2010 - This has developed nicely and is fully ready to consume. Some heft and complexity has developed while it has shed some of its youthful exuberance. The profile is lemon, lemon peel, lanolin, tuber rose, chalk and mineral and a kiss of vanilla on the finish. A lovely expression of Chenin Blanc. An excellent finish to a wonderful Labor Day holiday and continuous California-like weather. 14% alc. With grilled chicken in lemon beurre blanc. Highly Recommended.

August 6, 2010 - Ne fonctionne vraiment pas avec différents fromages.

July 21, 2010 - Un chenin plutôt souple et marqué par son millésime: l'équilibre est légèrement dominé par l'alcool au détriment de la fraîcheur.

April 24, 2010 - The depth of the nose on this wine is incredibly deep and complex with lanolin, mineral, orange zest, honeysuckle for starters. But it has so much more going on. Its flavors deliver much the same, but with added dimensions of lemon, lemon zest and white flowers on the palate. Something earthy beyond the mineral rounds out the back of the mouth. Great cut and decent heft on the mouthfeel. 14% alc. With crabcakes during visit by BBH. Highly Recommended.

Its flavors deliver much the same, but with added dimensions of lemon, lemon zest and white flowers on the palate. Great cut and decent heft on the mouthfeel. This wine has so much going on now, but will have much more going on in another year. 14% alc. With crab cakes and watercress and avocado salad. Highly Recommended.
