November 18, 2019 - C'est un mousseux délicat et vraiment rafraichissant. Il est bien sec et vif avec de beaux aromes d'orange et de citron. Ses bulles sont fines. Le vin est d'une belle fraicheur et se boit facilement. Il est léger et fin.
Cépage glera. Alcool 11 %. Sucre 9,6 g/l. Acidité 5,5 g/l. [Échantillon reçu] 17,55 $ au Québec.

100 % Glera.
Pas cher pour des bubulles millésimés.
Pas le plus complexe, c'est simple, assez gras et
ample, pommes et un peu de citrons.
Finale mielleuse pas longue.
