February 1, 2024 - Last of three bottles. Drinking really well now. Fruit flavours are more black fruit and a little bit of spice on the end. Tannins nicely integrated. Grippy acidic backbone and decent finish.

July 5, 2023 - Received this blind. Guessed 20 year old Sangiovese. Someone guessed Barolo. Very far from a slender and graceful Pinot. It was not bad at all, just unexpected.

June 4, 2023 - At its prime or slightly past. Very nice balance of reserved fruit and tannins. 30 minutes in the glass to open up and worth the wait.

May 8, 2022 - This was quite good but on the darker side of Chambolle. Lots of structure and yet it still has good fruit to balance it. This firmed up with air though so I would suggest holding off a few more years.
