Community Tasting Notes 2

  • mwneil Likes this wine: 88 points

April 28, 2020 - Very tannic, opened slowly, medium bodied, bouquet came on after a while, nice for sipping, good structure, drank with stuffed pork chops, will drink again. Needs time.

  • Badfish Likes this wine:

March 28, 2020 - A charming Pinot with brambly earth and mineral infused berry fruit, cola notes, supple ripe tannins, crispy acidity, and pomegranate density. The fruit is certainly rich and slightly over exuberant but the structure is a great foil and balances the wine well. My first foray into Patricia Green Cellars and certainly not my last, they seem to offer excitingly rich Pinots with tremendous balance and complexity.
