March 17, 2020 - Bright ruby red. Nose is a bit shy as I chilled the bottle a bit too long, but yields a grapey raspberry cherry. Palate echoes the nose. Medium plus tannins. Medium plus acidity. A “serious” Nouveau from the good folks at Bouchard Aine. Enough so to serve with a formal meal. Make this your go to when Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrivé next year. Sorry, Georges! @delectable

November 21, 2019 - Nose of strawberry and fuzzy peaches. Sweet and sour on the tongue with similar flavours. A bit chewy and acidic. Light and quaffable. Unfortunately, it’s a bit fizzy.
