December 25, 2022 - Light, ortswein-level field blend with riesling and pinot blanc flavors predominating to my palate. Pleasant with some minerality, flint, petrol, lemon, and subtle floral notes.

June 20, 2022 - Excellent year in and out. Dry Riesling/Gewurztraminer with flinty/floral/honey and a small slice of fresh spicy ginger....with hard cheeses and salami...or Asian fare hard to beat.

March 25, 2022 - This medium bodied wine was floral and spicy. It paired very well with corn beef dinner. It also blew our socks off when paired with Appenzeller cheese. This wine is fantastic, particularly at this price point.
