January 7, 2023 - Deep purple colour. Bouquet is dark/black fruits, hints of vanilla and mint, followed by earth and tar. Flavour leans heavily towards licorice and white pepper, some slight vanilla. Need to let this breathe for a while. Body is moderate and finish is fairly long.
