  July 10, 2021 - Rosso rubino scarico. Naso intenso che apre con ciliegia, roccia bagnata e sottobosco umido, a vino mosso bacche rosse, cenere e una nota metallica. In bocca è secco, sorso fresco con tannino molto sottile forse un pò timido, di buon corpo e molto minerale, nota sapida a tutta bocca e frizzantezza appena accennata, note di bacche rosse acerbe, ribes, terriccio, fungo e fumo al retronasale; finale abb. Lungo con debole virata dolciastra.
