August 11, 2011 - This showed no indication of slowing down.. terrific bottle of Viognier. I prefer the Verna's to the Estate, year-in and year-out. Restrained fruit, nothing tropical about this, just clean fruit that was delicious with sopitos.

August 8, 2009 - Fully charged nose has loads of tropical fruit and exotic spices. Palate is richly fruited and totally delicious. Sweet tropical fruit with enough acidity to keep it fresh and lively. Long, exotic finish. Went down very easy on a hot summer night.

June 12, 2009 - Full, rich nose is loaded with peaches and tropical fruit. Big and forward on the palate. With rich fruits that echo the nose. The alcohol is well contained but not totally cloaked. Lacks some complexity but is enjoyable for its hedonistic qualities.

December 28, 2007 - Make Shift Work Christmas Party: Second time I have had this. No notes so to speak ... I'll just say it is a great wine. Loved it. Easy to drink on its own but also works with food. Nice amount of acidity running through it.
