June 1, 2022 - Ulysse Cazabone tasting (WSPC): The wine shows evolution in color
The wine shows great profile, straightforward, evolution with ripe to overripe red cherries, decadent notes of sweet spices, currants, clove, cinnamon, a fine layer of old wood, tobacco but mostly fruit which is amazing and adds to the freshness.
In the palate, the wine shows the same profile as the nose, tobacco, earthy, rose petal liquer, cloves, roasted nutty notes like a baklava, shows body, elegance, silky tannins and medium to long finish
