December 9, 2021 - Nose is quite subtle, some blue and black fruits with smoked cigar and licorice. Not much of a power for a single vineyard Cab S, stylistically more reserved and elegance. Nice plummy fruit in the soft mid-palate. Simple and pure. Rounded structure, followed by a plush and fruity finish. This needed some serious decanting for the wine to open up. Keep for 2-3 years for more development.
