nose - strawberry, with a hint of VA
mouth - seductive , and oh-so easy to drink, almost like juice.
The patriarch summarized it saying he just wanted to drink it rather than talk about it. Has a natural wine vibe, and to DC it invoked memories of prior bottles of Paolo Bea.

December 2, 2022 - Corney & Barrow - Soldera Masterclass (Andaz Hotel - Studio II): Pale ruby. Nose that seems light, woth cherry amd twigs. Nice savoury cherry flavours as well as barley and twigs, but seems the acid and tannic structure are all over around

October 30, 2022 - Velvety texture, almost like a milkshake. Haha. Obviously has room to grow. Wonderfully balanced, and nowhere near as heavy as I anticipated.

November 20, 2021 - JK's 50th Birthday: Magnum. Cherry fruit, very signature Soldera, beautiful aromatics and weight. 94.

September 15, 2021 - Opened and decanted. This was still quite tannic for a long time until towards the end of dinner where it stated to demonstrate more layers of fruit. Most ppl thought it was either a burgundy or Rhône wine.could do with a lot more cellaring. Try again in 2-3 years! Good structure and delicious once towards the end of the evening but certainly would benefit from more cellaring.
