January 11, 2023 - Honeyed and mead-like, some oxidation/browned apple, some butter. Good acidity, M to M+ body, after an hour or two some salinity/mineral but it’s not mainly that type of Chard. Fine for $19 on Last Bottle, wouldn’t be worth a higher retail price.

April 3, 2021 - Very nice with ripe apple and good acidity. A bit of texture/weight but nicely balanced and not too much oak or malo. Need to order more

March 11, 2021 - Very nice Willamette Chard. Light on its feet, delightful on the palate. Tastes like spring (even if it's still technically winter!)
